At the conclusion of The Global PropTech Summit, Oumla, a blockchain infrastructure company for enterprises, and Jozo, a leading provider of fractional real estate ownership solutions, announced the signing of a strategic agreement to enable real estate asset tokenization and fractional ownership in a regulated and transparent manner within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement focuses on developing a tailored product for the Saudi market that allows for the tokenization of real estate assets and the facilitation of fractional ownership through a locally hosted blockchain network.
Through this collaboration, Oumla will leverage its capabilities in providing secure, private blockchain infrastructure, including wallet and key management, asset tokenization, and digital asset lifecycle management, along with secure integration interfaces for enterprise systems. Jozo will contribute its expertise in real estate product development and offering management, ensuring full alignment with regulatory frameworks.
