# Oumla

> Oumla is a Saudi-based blockchain infrastructure company providing enterprise-grade digital asset custody, tokenization, and on-chain settlement solutions for financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and beyond.

## What we build

Oumla provides a stack of regulated digital-asset infrastructure for institutions:

- **Oumla Financial Chain** — Permissioned blockchain for inter-institutional financial workflows. The infrastructure behind the world's first Islamic repo on blockchain (5 Saudi banks, SAR 110M+ across 9 trades, integrated with Edaa and Muqassa, Shariah compliance enforced at the smart-contract level).
- **Capital Markets Tokenization** — Tokenized issuance and lifecycle management for fund units, sukuk, and securities.
- **Real Estate Tokenization** — SPV-based fractional ownership of real estate assets with compliant custody.
- **Digital Assets Infrastructure** — Custody, MPC wallets, transaction policy engines, and end-to-end transaction lifecycle management. The plumbing layer behind every Oumla product, hosted inside Saudi Arabia.
- **Bahith** — Multi-network blockchain explorer ("Bahith" means "investigator" in Arabic). Compliance and oversight analytics for both private permissioned chains and public networks, built so that on-chain data on Saudi private chains never leaves the Kingdom.
